This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use our website, payment links, or related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you consent to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

  • Seller Data: Name, email address, payment details (processed via Stripe), identity verification data (via Veriff), and digital content uploaded for sale.
  • Buyer Data: Name, email address, and payment details (processed via Stripe) provided during purchase.
  • Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device info, and usage data collected automatically when you access our website or payment links.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To Provide the Service: Process transactions, deliver purchased files via private, expiring links, and facilitate Seller payouts through Stripe.
  • Communication: Send transaction confirmations, Service updates, or support responses (e.g., via help(at)binkup.com).
  • Compliance and Safety: Verify Seller identities through Veriff, review content for compliance with our Terms of Use, and meet legal or regulatory obligations.
  • Improvement: Analyze usage data to enhance the Service (e.g., optimize link performance), in aggregated or anonymized form.

3. How We Share Your Information

  • With Stripe: Payment-related data (e.g., name, card details) is shared with Stripe, our payment processor, to handle transactions. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
  • With Veriff: Seller identity data (e.g., name, ID documents) is shared with Veriff for KYC verification. See Veriff's Privacy Policy.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose data if required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
  • No Marketing Sharing: We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Data Retention

  • Transaction Data: Retained as required by law (e.g., tax records) or Stripe's policies, typically 7 years after a transaction.
  • Content Files: Deleted from our system immediately after Buyers download them via payment links, which expire post-use.
  • Seller and Buyer Data: Kept while you use the Service and for a reasonable period after (e.g., 1 year) unless deletion is requested, subject to legal requirements.

5. Your Rights

  • Deletion: Request deletion of your data (except where we must retain it for legal or operational reasons).
